Support Worker
Our client, a well-established support provider based in the Neath area is seeking a Floating Support Worker to start on Monday 28th May on a temporary basis. Day to day duties: - Provide assistance to 12 projects across South Wales that offer a range of support services to various vulnerable clients including homelessness and mental health - Create and update individual support plans in line with various frameworks - Conduct in depth risk and needs assessments - Act as an advocate on behalf of the clients in order to achieve positive change - Signpost clients to third party agencies where required - Provide advice on tenancy sustainment, rents, housing, education and employment opportunities and benefits - Inspect various properties to ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times Essential Requirements: - Previous experience of providing support to various vulnerable client groups on a floating basis |
